IMG_1897.heic

Welcome to our Mums and Bubs Yoga Class, where relaxation meets laughter and bonding is the name of the game!

Join us on Mondays at 11am.

Please bring your little one ready for our 45-minute session, and remember to pack the essentials like milk (bottle or boobie). However, we do ask that you save other snacks for post-yoga adventures, as the clean up can get pretty intense!

Age Group: Our class is open to babies until they start crawling, typically around 6-9 months of age.

With our limited group size, you can expect an intimate and supportive environment where both you and your little one can feel at ease. Our sessions blend gentle stretches, baby-friendly poses, and plenty of playful interactions to keep everyone smiling.

Join us for a blend of zen and zany in our Mums and Bubs Yoga Class. It's a time for connection, self-care, and letting loose with your mini-me in tow!
