Week 1 – Foundations

What meditation actually is (and isn’t).

Posture. Breath awareness. Short guided practice.

 

Week 2 – Working With the Busy Mind

Understanding thoughts. Simple anchoring techniques.

How to create a sustainable home practice.

Week 4 – Integration

Using meditation in daily life. Stress moments. Sleep support.
