A 6-week yoga + pilates based course designed for mums (by mums) in the first 12 months postpartum. Gentle. Intentional. Supportive.

Led by two experienced teachers with four births between us, so we understand the season you're in.

We blend Yoga and Pilates-based movement to help you get stronger, move freely, and feel more confident in your body. Non-crawling babies are warmly welcome, so you can move, breathe, and rebuild alongside your little one π€

We both remember that strange space after birth.
Cleared at six weeks… but not really ready.
Ready to move, but unsure how. Wanting to feel strong, without making anything worse.
Between us, we’ve experienced four pregnancies and births. C-sections, breastfeeding, the mental load, the rebuild.
We saw a gap. There wasn’t a clear, supported pathway back into movement.
So we built one. Sacred Postnatal.
This isn’t about “bouncing back.”
Your body has done something extraordinary. This is about rebuilding with respect - not urgency.

• You’ve been cleared for exercise but don’t know where to start
• You’re feeling weak, tight or disconnected from your core
• You had a c-section and want safe guidance
• You’re nervous about returning to regular classes
• You want to move again - but gently.

What we do...
Over 6 weeks, we focus on:

Weeks 1–2: Breathwork, core awareness and pelvic floor connection.

Weeks 3–4: Building foundational strength through controlled yoga and pilates movements.
β
Weeks 5–6: Progressing safely into stronger, more dynamic patterns so you feel ready for regular classes again

Every movement is layered and adaptable. You will never be pushed beyond where your body is ready to go.

πΏ Postnatal Course FAQs
When can I start?
We recommend waiting until you’ve had your 6-week clearance from your GP or obstetrician. Most mums join us anytime within the first 12 months postpartum.
What if I had a c-section?
You are absolutely welcome. The course is designed to rebuild strength gradually, with a strong focus on breath, deep core and safe progression.
Do I need to have done yoga or pilates before?
Not at all. This course is specifically designed as a gentle return to movement. No flexibility or prior experience required.
Can I bring my baby?
Yes. Non-crawling babies (generally under 7 months) are welcome. We keep the space relaxed and understanding: feeds, cuddles and pauses are all part of it.
Is this a “get my body back” program?
No. This is about reconnecting, rebuilding and restoring confidence: not rushing or shrinking your body.
