The Program Framework

Every Day and every moment is important, choose what you do with consideration

It is important that all attendees understand that the program is full from the start of the day to after dinner. All workshops, yoga, meditation are all available but not mandatory... so only come to the ones that you need or want. Everyone is their own greatest teacher, so we urge attendees that if you need to sleep, or swim or shop & you miss something then that's fine.  There is plenty of long meal times so if you need to call home or rest you can.  This retreat is open to both women and men of all ages an sizes. 

The space we create together will be sacred and respectful. We can all learn from each other so an attitude of openness is required. The Shala for the 5 days will be our Lab of Life, where we get to be explorers of whatever comes up, new ideas, new moves and then incorporating the best of what sits with us back into our daily lives.

Saturday Day 1 

Settle in

Monday Day 3

Purification & Detox

9.30am Purification Baths
Brunch Out 
3.00pm Nutrition Workshop 2 - Seasonal Eating, healthy swaps, 
5.30pm Tai Chi - Yin

Tuesday Day 4 

Observing our Cycles & Rhythms

6.00am Walking Meditation
7.30am Yoga Practice
9.30am Breakfast
11.00am Outside Adventure - Cooking School - a deeply nutritious, ayurvedic influenced meal, sugar free snacks - all designed to add to your current repertoires with easily accessible ingredients.  Yes, you eat what you prepare. 
3.00pm Oily Circle - Healthy trades from chemical to oils, removing toxins with essential oils 
5.30pm Tai Chi - Yin
7.30pm Dinner
8.45pm Local Spiritual leader comes in to chat to us

Wednesday Day 5

Benefits of Creativity & Change

11.00am Explore your inner artist with QLD Based Award winning artist Ron Bryant. All attendees take home their creation. A beautiful mandala, or other work of art that you choose.

1.00pm Lunch
3.00pm Goals Circle - what are you taking back, what other support do you need. 
5.30pm Yin
7.30pm Celebration Dinner

 

Some attendees if they are so keen to get back may leave early to make the late flights out to Australia
